Our Professional Learning Library houses a collection of over 600 books, journals, articles, and videos, curated especially for the dance educator. Here you’ll find resources on topics such as choreography, improvisation, creative dance, educational theories and pedagogy, human development, creativity, arts education, dance standards, and more. We open our dance library to the public during our Launch on September 4, 5-7pm, then once a month on Practitioner Exchange Tuesdays 4-6:30pm. Visit to use our collection onsite during these dates and times, and stay for the community conversation:
PL User Privileges
Registered Professional Learning users (those who have paid their annual PL fee of $25) have extended dance library privileges. You can:
- Schedule alternate library times for research, writing, and lesson planning
- Check out material for up to 3 weeks
