To purchase multiple copies of the book, please call the office 510.428.1155.  ISBN 978-1-4243-2191-9.  We require full payment in advance or a viable purchase order before shipping.  To be accepted, all purchase orders must indicate intent to pay for cost of books plus tax* plus shipping and handling net 10 days**.  We no longer ship out of the continental United States without advance payment.  Discounts for bulk purchases are as follows:  32 or 64 books exactly = 20% discount; 10-32 books = 10% discount; odd number over 32 books = 20% on first 32, then 10% after.  Shipping and handling for bulk orders is exact reimbursement plus $20.  UPS, FedEx or other overnight delivery methods require payment in advance or your account number. 

*Note:  we are required to charge 9.75% on all book orders (regardless of  purpose) unless shipping out of state or to company/organization with valid California State Sales Tax Exemption certification faxed in advance.
