We no longer ship out of the continental United States without advance payment. 10% discounts on orders of full boxes (22 books).
Shipping, handling, sales tax & return policy
Shipping and handling for bulk orders (more than 5 books) is exact reimbursement for media mail plus $20. For orders of 5 books or less, shipping and handling is $8.50/book. UPS, FedEx or other overnight delivery methods require payment in advance or your account number.
We are required to charge sales tax on all book orders (regardless of purpose) unless shipping to company/organization with valid California State Sales Tax Exemption certification faxed in advance.
