Registration (PL)

Please note there is a one-time annual Professional Learning fee of $25 payable upon taking your first workshop with Luna Dance Institute. Please add this to your payment. This fee allows you to:

  • participate in any Practitioner Exchange free of charge
  • schedule times to use our PL library that are convenient for  you
  • have library check-out privileges
  • book more than one free consult during the year

All tuition fees are payable in full, in advance unless other payment plans are agreed upon with LDI administration. If you decide to cancel your registration up to 3 weeks before scheduled date, we will refund your pre-paid tuition minus 20% administration fee. There is no refund, rebate or credit given for partially completed workshops.

Student discounts of 50% are available for most workshops for full-time students, current student ID required. Professional discounts of 15% are available for most workshops for NDEO/CDEA and Dancers’ Group members. Contact Nia nwomack-freeman@lunadanceinstiute.org or 510.883.1118 for more information.

The most secure way to pay by credit card is to print the Professional Learning Workshop Registration Form and return it completed to 605 Addison, Berkeley, CA 94710 with a note to call you for credit card information. A staff person will call asking for your name, credit card information, zip code, expiration and security code. Alternatively, call our office 510.883.1118 to register.

Register by Mail:

If you wish to pay for your workshop with a check, print the Professional Learning Workshop Registration Form and send with appropriate fee (plus registration fee if applicable) to: Luna Dance Institute, 605 Addison Street, Berkeley, CA 94710-1972. Checks are payable to Luna Dance Institute.
